Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Carefully disassemble the chair if necessary and place it back into its original heavy-duty shipping box using the provided protective packing materials.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
